This package will provide:
- A clear action plan based on your goals, whether they are modifying your diet, cutting out ultra-processed food, improving sleep, feeling energized or improving your physical and mental well-being.
- Twelve 45-minute sessions to discuss successes and challenges throughout your journey. These must be used within a period of 6 months.
- Support via email between calls.
- Coaching on different approaches to achieve a continuous state of well-being, which you can apply to your daily routine. We will equip you with the knowledge and confidence required to continue progressing your health and wellness goals, long after the coaching relationship is complete.
