How do the coaching sessions work and what questions might “I” your health coach ask?

How effective are health coaches and how can a health coach help me with my health and wellness goals?
Studies have shown that coaching can help support many health factors, including cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, triglycerides, fasting glucose, and sleep hygiene.

How often will I meet or communicate with my health coach?
We will meet once every 2 weeks! However, I offer additional support through phone calls and emails between sessions.

Yes! All our services are available online, allowing you to receive personalized coaching from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are located.
Do you offer support between sessions?
Absolutely. We offer phone calls and email support between sessions to ensure you stay on track and get the help you need as you work towards your health goals.
How long does a typical health coaching program last?
The duration of a health coaching program varies depending on your goals and preferences. We offer 3- and 6-months packages to support your ongoing lifestyle changes. The duration can be discussed and determined based on your individual circumstances.
